The integrated program-controlled high-temperature furnace adopts a ceramic fiber inner liner and high-temperature furnace wire heating, offering energy efficiency and high performance, with energy consumption being only one-third that of conventional high-temperature furnaces, and rapid heating. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled plate with spray coating, featuring a lightweight design and a weight of only one-fifth that of ordinary high-temperature furnaces. The control system utilizes a fully automatic multi-band LTDE programmable instrument with adjustable heating rates, and a PID+SSR system for synchronous coordinated control, enabling consistency and reproducibility in tests or experiments. It includes automatic constant temperature and time control functions, along with secondary over-temperature automatic protection, ensuring reliable control and safe operation. The control instrument is located below the chamber, integrated into the unit, with electrical connections between the furnace body and the temperature controller completed before leaving the factory. Simply connect to the power supply to use.
